Analysis of mining processes

One of the first activities carried out from Eurit within the REDiRECT project was the detailed mapping of all phases of the life cycle of the mining activity.

The extraction processes and the production of secondary raw materials were thus modeled using different techniques such as: Flow Chart, Data Flow Diagram, Role Activity Diagram and IDEF0.

The developed models were a starting point for subsequent developments in the perspective of the Mining 4.0.
