REDiRECT | Management Committee

The REDiRECT Management Committee is the highest-level decision-making body with the function of ensuring the success of the project.

The Committee is formally composed of the Chief Scientists and/or Project Managers of each partner and meets monthly. Occasionally, meetings may be extended to include other researchers and/or Project Team managers.

Committee members must ensure transdisciplinary leadership and direction of the project, maximizing its expected benefits.

In addition, all members of the Management Committee are expected to assess and monitor the impact of the project on all key stakeholders, having responsibility for the strategic management of the project and the achievement of objectives.
